Hypnotherapy is an evidenced-based therapy with over 70,000 research references worldwide, but is often misunderstood by the public. It is important to understand that hypnotherapy is not a magic pill. It requires the client to commit to change and be prepared to make the effort in order to make that change a reality. As a hypnotherapist, my role is to help guide you on that journey.
