Relax Kids Coach

I am a fully qualified Relax Kids Coach.

Relax Kids helps children manage stress, anxiety and difficult feelings whilst boosting self-esteem, confidence and improving sleep. Relax Kids offers training to adults and classes to children using a unique 7-step method to teaching relaxation.

Relax Kids classes follow a unique seven step system with movement, games, stretching, peer massage, breathing, affirmations and visualisations that help children manage their energy and relax whilst becoming more aware and mindful. Sessions are supported by a range of quality relaxation and mindfulness books and CDs.

Relax Kids have created a unique range of quality products to help children become more mindful, manage stress and anxiety whilst building self-esteem and confidence.

Relax Kids classes encourage creativity, confidence and calm and promote healthy habits and well being for life. Relax Kids unique 7-step programme helps children manage stress, anxiety and difficult feelings whilst boosting self-esteem, confidence and improving sleep.

Founded in 2000, Relax Kids is now used in over 40 countries and is endorsed by child psychologists, therapists, social workers, teachers, learning mentors and SENCOs.

As a Relaxed Kids coach I can provide a variety of other classes as listed below:

Little Stars classes for Toddlers

For children under 5 these classes are fun and practical for little people.  Sessions last 20-30 mins with lots of story telling and young children will learn to recognise and understand their emotions, giving them the ability to communicate how they feel from an early age, resulting in less tantrums, better relationships and happier children.

Chill Skills for Teens

The Chill Skills programme has been specifically devised to help teens and young people improve their learning potential by providing them with tools and resources  to manage their emotions in a positive way. Chill Skills helps teenagers relax and de-stress with a variety of relaxations and mindfulness exercises. This is a 6 week course and incorporates themes such as healthy living, self esteem, positive thinking and law of attraction.

Chill and Chat Parent and Carer Relaxation Classes

Relaxation workshops are suitable for parents and carers who feel stressed and in need of relaxation.  Sessions include mindfulness and gives parents and carers time out.  Sessions last 1 hour.

Chill out Clubs

Chill out sessions can be used during lunch times or before going home in schools introducing simple relaxation methods, improve positive thinking, confidence and self esteem.  Also ideal to help children prepare for exams.

Just Relax sessions

These are Adult Relaxation sessions  which will help alleviate stress using variety of relaxations and mindfulness exercises and suitable for all.

All sessions are available as group sessions or as a one to one session.
